With our amazing network uptime record, ThinkBuildDeploy customers will always be able to connect to our servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However if our servers are not performing at 100%, our network uptime will not matter.
That is why we have advanced server monitoring safeguards in place, ensuring our customer commitment remains constant at all times. These safeguards include:
Ping
All of ThinkBuildDeploy's servers are monitored for uptime through a ping (ICMP) request, in 10 minute intervals. If our servers fail to respond after two consecutive ping requests, our Operations Center staff is instantly notified and will reboot the server instantly.
Advanced Port Monitoring
For an even deeper level of monitoring, we employ our Advanced Port Monitoring safeguard. This technology dives all the way to the application level of our systems to ensure that all vital applications are serving our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
