During Mr. Labate's tenure, he has forged strategic long-term relationships with leading back-end service providers, enabling ThinkBuildDeploy to offer superior quality products at exceedingly low price advantages on the company's complimentary service offerings in the marketplace. Mr. Labate maintains both professional and personal relationships with some of the most influential information technology perspectives in the industry.

Prior to ThinkBuildDeploy, Mr. Labate has held various leadership positions in the User Experience and Human Factors sector of Human-Computer Interaction Technology. His professional hands-on experiences have included Senior Usability Architect Manager at TEKsystems, Internet Director at Diamond.com and Senior Information Architect Lead at Motorola with contributions of user-centered design and applied methodologies, usability research and best-practices for a volume of projects. Mr. Labate is an advocate for the end-user's experience, ensuring the deployment of quality usable products through user-engineering methodologies. He has facilitated successful user-accepted web and application initiatives throughout his career, including mobile devices and client-side software applications. At times, Mr. Labate's creative & technical experience and acute attention to detail is leveraged at ThinkBuildDeploy during complex user experience projects.

Mr. Labate's work has been featured in such publications as Photoshop User magazine during his employment term with a leading Software Game Publisher; featured Art Director in 1997. He has pioneered the "Redline Process" which has since been adopted by several Fortune 500 organizations; an essential asset to pixel-perfect user interfaces in a front-end development workflow, whereby high-fidelity screen proofs are precisely transformed to a coded instance.

Jason Napsky serves as ThinkBuildDeploy's Executive Vice President and Chief Technology officer. He is a consummate eBusiness visionary and technical leader with apex proficiencies in business management and senior-level software design and development strategy in both Java and .NET environments. ThinkBuildDeploy was founded to offer a streamlined bundled-approach to eBusiness primary and complimentary solutions and services demand, enabling organizations of all sizes to leverage an all-in-wonder quality service provider with customer-first philosophies. A vision Mr. Napsky, in collaboration with the organization's Executive Vice President and Principal Partner, Michael Labate, modeled to perfection in 2002 after having served on the vendor procurement side of the table at former companies in pursuit of multi-disciplined business and technical facilitators - that couldn't deliver.

Prior to ThinkBuildDeploy, Mr. Napsky has played integral roles in Information Technology organizations of various genres and sizes since the birth of electronic commerce including the 'boot-camp' start up venture to the Fortune 500 enterprise such as Diamond.com and Motorola. His contributions represent a myriad of leadership capacities throughout his professional incumbency including Senior Manager of Software Development and Software Design & Development Lead.

Mr. Napsky is a Senior Advisory Board Member at TEKsystems and a senior member of the Key Process Team for the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model at Motorola.

After working for The Washington Post and NBC Television, David played key roles in startups like the Fortune 500 airline ticket consolidator, the IBT Corporation — later sold to Carlson Travel — and Players International, which Harrah's subsequently acquired for $250 million. As Executive Vice President, Bob Rothenberg is responsible for overseeing Account Management, Media, Creative and New Business Development for UnREAL Marketing. He spearheads the strategic direction of client's accounts as well as providing personalized attention pertaining to ROI and penetration programs relative to their target markets. Mr. Rothenberg serves as the brand steward for the client base and the company, guides all marketing related initiatives both internally and externally, oversees the services team in client planning and retention, and orchestrates proposal development across a global scale.

Prior to joining UnREAL Marketing, Mr. Rothenberg served as the CEO of RHR Marketing, a Sports & Entertainment Consultancy organization. RHR Marketing's clientele included such accounts as Footlocker, NEXTEL, NBC, USA Networks and the NHL.

Mr. Rothenberg's aspiration for success in Marketing and Business Management incepted early on in the Sports industry with the Philadelphia 76ers, which subsequently lead to strategic positions with the National Basketball Association's Consumer Products Group. While at the NBA, Mr. Rothenberg had established strategic direction, development and contract negotiations for a myriad of assignments including the NBA Controlled Retail Distribution and Online Commerce initiatives, and Official Catalog Relationships and Database Ventures.

In 1999, Mr. Rothenberg left the NBA to head up Marketing and Business Development strategies for Global Sports Interactive. As Vice President, he successfully launched six Ecommerce businesses of the top ten Sporting Goods Retailers in the U.S. Among other various professional successes, Mr. Rothenberg has served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Development for University Sports Publications (USP). He has controlled $25 million in barter advertising with the New York Times, Newsday, WFAN, Clear Channel Communications and Westwood One.

Mr. Rothenberg received a Master of Arts from Adelphi University with a concentration in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science from the University at StonyBrook.
